At Mini Beads by Minahil, we want you to love your handmade bracelets. However, because many of our items are custom-made (specifically our Name Bracelets and Twin Friendship Bracelets), we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.

2. Custom & Personalized Items

• Non-Returnable: Items that are personalized with specific names, initials, or custom color patterns cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

• Order Accuracy: Please double-check the spelling for Name Bracelets before placing your order. We are not responsible for spelling errors provided by the customer.

3. Non-Custom Items

For our Simple Bracelets and Charm Bracelets (non-personalized):

• You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

• To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

• To report a damaged item, please email us at [Your Email Address] with your order number and a photo of the damage.

• We will evaluate the issue and make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.

• If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

• Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

6. Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning non-damaged items.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
